Verification Specialist - Full Time
- Provide customer service via telephone, fax, email, and instant messenger; relaying status information and helping with general customer questions on a daily basis.
- Process employment, education, and licensure verifications on a daily basis by entering, logging, and scanning information into the credentialing system for initial and reappointment applications.
- Research information as needed using both public and private sources, working as a point person for completing and ensuring compliance and delivery of required information to clients in a timely manner.
- Evaluate information provided by applicants for accuracy and consistency, follow up on missing items and/or incomplete forms per policy and procedures, and submit follow-up requests for verifications.
- Cross-training in other departments to provide backup as needed.
Requirements:
- An individual who does well under pressure with time-sensitive projects on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of the Internet and search engines.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Capable of working independently, but takes direction well.
- Two (+) years working in an office environment.
- Two (+) years on a Windows-based platform with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Extremely accurate alpha-numeric data entry skills.
- License requirements necessitate fingerprinting and clean background/drug test.
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in English or some related area is preferred, although we do consider on-the-job experience sometimes as valuable as a degree. Experience in research, verifying employment, fact checking, or editing will be a weighted advantage.

Receptionist - Full Time
- Operate telephone to answer, screen, and forward calls, providing information, taking messages, and scheduling appointments.
- Greet persons entering building, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Data enter new order information as it comes into the office.
- Data enter invoices and process deposits and past dues as necessary.
- Transmit information or documents to customers and to internal employees, using e-mail, mail, or fax machine.
- Analyze data to determine storing and filing needs and then process documents as necessary.
- Organize and maintain the office in general.
- Provide information about the establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
- Handle a multitude of complex and dynamic tasks in a very time‐sensitive environment while maintaining the utmost professionalism.
Requirements:
- Two years working in an office environment.
- Accurate ten-key typing by touch and general data-entry skills.
- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Experience answering and screening calls and ordering supplies.
- Works well under pressure with time‐sensitive projects on a daily basis.
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Customer-service oriented.
- Capable of working independently, but takes direction well.
- License requirements necessitate fingerprinting and clean background/drug test.
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent is required, but higher education will be a weighted advantage.
