But, how do you find a company that will deliver a quality product while protecting your company? Look for the NAPBS (National Association of Professional Background Screeners) logo, which tells you that the company is a part of NAPBS. The NAPBS’ mission is to ensure that screening is done in compliance with regulations by the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and FCRA as well as state and national background screening laws and requirements.

Right on the heels of the State of the Union, in which Obama focused on the need for parental leave throughout the U.S., this restaurant owner offered three months of paid leave to his entire staff. What’s most interesting here is the math—it’s much cheaper for him to provide the leave for his employees than to lose them and retrain.
