This week, there has been a lot of talk about what’s important—from the State of the Union to offices around the country projecting into 2015. What is truly important, and how do you make the most of the time and resources you have? It’s critically important in any business to find a reputable firm, especially in employment screening. Also, you want to spend your time, and that of you workers, as efficiently as possible.

But, how do you find a company that will deliver a quality product while protecting your company? Look for the NAPBS (National Association of Professional Background Screeners) logo, which tells you that the company is a part of NAPBS. The NAPBS’ mission is to ensure that screening is done in compliance with regulations by the EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and FCRA as well as state and national background screening laws and requirements.
